On the southwest coast of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero is only 10 kilometres from Arrecife Airport and 20km from the islands capital.

The resort only opened in 1989 after being designed and built by the architect José Calero as an exclusive retreat. The beautiful marina is a great place to sit with a drink, watching the yachts and people passing by.

The restaurants and cafes surrounding the marina are the perfect place to watch the world wander by as you enjoy a delicious meal. Nightlife in Puerto Calero centres around its restaurants and cafes, but the livelier resort of Puerto del Carmen is not too far away.
