Located on the eastern side of Menorca, Mahon was established by the British in the 18th century and is now the capital of Menorca. Mahon has a natural port which is one of the deepest in the world

There is plenty to see and do in Mahon, wander around the streets absorbing the history and relax for lunch in a local restaurant. Or, perhaps play a round of golf.

One of the local stories tells the origin of Mayonnaise came from here after a French chef visited Mahon and enjoyed the local eggs and oils mixed together.
